Return & Refund Policy

Returns:

  1. We do not offer any returns for purchased items unless there are extraneous circumstances such as faulty or incorrect items received by the customer. 
  2. To remain eligible for a return given these circumstances, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

Return process:

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [support@stitch.vision] to request a return shipping label. 
  2. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email. 
  3. Once you receive your label, carefully package the item(s) and ship them back to us. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds:

  1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition. 
  2. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  1. We do not offer any exchanges for purchased items unless there are extraneous circumstances such as faulty or incorrect items received by the customer. 
  2. To remain eligible for an exchange given these circumstances, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

  4. We will process the exchange once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition. 
  5. Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

  1. If you receive a damaged,  defective or incorrect  item, please contact us immediately with photos of the aforementioned product. We will assess the issue and provide instructions for returning the item for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
  2. We only handle cases of damage or incorrect items within 1-5 days from the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.


Return Exceptions:

  1. Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons or specific product restrictions. 
  2. These items will be marked as non-returnable on the product page.
